Who we are

We provide independent audits and written reviews of document management applications. We do not sell software licences, host your records, or process payments on this site.
Using the website
You may read the pages, request a scoping call, and share links to public articles. You may not scrape the site in a way that impairs access for others, attempt to probe the form endpoint beyond ordinary use, or present our findings, names, or photographs as your own marketing. Content is provided in English for information about our services in Malaysia.
No professional advice until appointed
Journal notes and service descriptions are general. They are not a legal opinion, an information-security certification, or a statement about your particular tenancy. Advice that you may rely on begins only when we have accepted an engagement in writing, named the stores in scope, and received the access we need.
Enquiries and scoping calls
Sending the contact form is a request for a conversation. It does not reserve dates, create a contract, or place a hold on our calendar. We may decline work where we lack independence, where the stores are outside our method, or where we cannot staff the fieldwork in a reasonable time.
Intellectual property
The site design, copy, and methodology description belong to System Kernel Path. Photographs are used under the licences of their public sources. Audit reports delivered under an engagement belong to the client named in the letter of appointment, except that we retain our working papers, checklists, and anonymised method. You may not copy a report we wrote for another organisation.
Acceptable use of findings
If we later issue a report, you may share it with your board, auditors, regulators, and professional advisers. You may not publish it as a product endorsement or as evidence that a vendor failed, unless the letter of appointment says otherwise. We do not authorise use of our name in a tender as if we were a subcontractor.
Liability for the website
This site is offered as-is. We take care with accuracy but do not warrant that pages are complete or that the form will always accept a submission. To the extent Malaysian law allows, we are not liable for loss arising only from reading or relying on the public pages. Liability for paid work is set in the letter of appointment and is limited to the fees paid for that engagement unless the law requires otherwise.
Third-party sites and applications
We mention SharePoint, M-Files, OpenText, Laserfiche, and other applications as examples of systems we audit. Those names belong to their owners. Mention is not affiliation. Links to cookie or privacy pages on this domain are ours; links to image hosts are not under our control.
Changes
We may update these terms when our services or the site change. The date above will change. Continued use of the public site after an update means you accept the new terms for website use. Existing signed engagements keep the terms in their letters unless both sides agree a variation.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Selangor and of Malaysia have jurisdiction over disputes about the site. Engagement letters may name a different dispute path for paid work.
