Practice

Three people, one studio, the live application

System Kernel Path works from Jalan SS 24/11, Taman Megah, Petaling Jaya. We are not a software house. We audit the document management applications organisations already run, and we write in English for records owners, company secretaries, and administrators.

The name is a reminder of the work: follow the path a record takes through the system kernel of the application — create, name, permission, retain, hold, dispose — and say where that path breaks. We keep the practice small so that the person who sampled the library is the person who signs the report.

Visits to client sites in the Klang Valley are normal. Remote reading of admin centres is normal too, once access is granted. We do not staff a 24-hour desk. The phone is answered during Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 MYT.
